Which model is best for a new rider?+
The right RFN depends on the rider’s age, height, experience and where the bike will be used. RFN offers models for children, youth and adults, so MotoEbikes can help you choose a bike that fits properly and delivers manageable performance.
Road legal and licence
Are these bikes road legal in the UK?+
RFN offers both off-road-only bikes and selected L1e road-legal models, including the RS Road and RS Endurance. Only an approved, registered, taxed, insured and roadworthy model may be used on public roads. Off-road bikes are for private land with permission.
What licence do I need?+
The licence required depends on the RFN model, its approved vehicle category, the rider’s age and existing entitlement. L1e models are classed as mopeds or motorcycles rather than ordinary e-bikes, so confirm the exact licence and CBT requirements before riding.
Range and charging
How long does the battery take to charge?+
Charging time varies by model, battery size and charger. For example, the RFN Rally Pro Mark IV is listed with a three-hour 0–100% charge time. Check the individual product page and follow the supplied charging instructions for the exact bike.

Do you offer finance?+

RFN provides a manufacturer warranty programme, with registration and conditions varying by model and component. Buying through MotoEbikes gives you official-dealer support and a clear route for valid warranty enquiries. Confirm the current cover before purchase.
Delivery and test rides
Can I test ride before buying?+
Test rides are not currently available on RFN bikes. You are welcome to come to the showroom and see and sit on the bikes.
Can I collect from Guildford?+
Yes, collection can be arranged from the MotoEbikes showroom in Guildford once your RFN has been prepared and is ready for handover. Agree a collection time before travelling so the team can complete final checks and explain the bike’s controls and charging.
